4. Right of the person to be brought before the Magistrate without delay and in No case such delay shall exceed  24 hours 
5. Right to Open trial /Trial in Camera
6. Right of  the Accused to be Defended by  counsel of his choice
7. Right of Cross Examination
8. Right of Accused as to Investigation (a)Fair and Impartial Investigation (b)Speedy Investigation
9. Right of Accused as to Examination  of witnesses in his presence
10. Right of the Accused  to get the copies of  the statements of the Prosecution Witnesses and Prosecution Document
11. Right to Bail
12. Right to submit his case before Framing of Charge against him
13. Right of accused  not to suffer Imprisonment for period longer than maximum
14. Right of Accused to be heard on question of Sentence in Warrant cases
15. Right of Accused to claim identification
